Get ready to rev your engines because on July 1 st, everyone starts off at zero and you have a chance to earn a Sony PSP Bundled Game Pack, cash or other prizes. You can choose to receive a weekly email from us so you can see where the competition is week to week because we are giving you two full months to put yourself in the best position to win our Sony PSP Bundles.

The PSP is an entertainment powerhouse that you can use to play movies, listen to music, view photos and play a wide variety of games all in one.

Optional Weekly Stats on Who’s Ahead
Gauge how far ahead you are in the race by opting-in for weekly stats. Simply email Irene@ehealth.com with subject line “Race to the Finish” to automatically receive a stats email each week for the duration of this promotion. Example at right.

Qualifying Lap
You must have at least 10 completed Individual or Family Plan health insurance applications between July 1st, and August 31 st, 2005 to be eligible to win a Sony PSP Bundled with accessories and a game.

Winners
The top 2 qualified affiliate partners that have generated the most Individual and Family Plan health insurance applications during the promotion will each receive a Sony PSP Bundled with a case, headset, accessories and a video game.
2 more qualified affiliate partners will be chosen at random to receive the 3rd and 4th Sony PSP Bundles.

Prizes for all!
CASH! CASH! CASH! Since August is one of our largest volume months, we are dishing out the promotional dollars for our affiliates to motivate you to take advantage of this seasonal trend.

During July and August, you will receive the following bonuses for your performance of completed Individual and Family Plan applications within each month:
5-9 Applications = $5 Bonus per application
10-14 Applications = $7 Bonus per application
15-19 Applications = $9 Bonus per application
20+ Applications = $12 Bonus per application

Increased Payouts: As of July 1st, 2005 all affiliates now earn an minimum payout of $35 per Individual or Family Plan health insurance application (up from $30).

Goodies: All affiliates who would like a surprise eHealth gift can email Irene@ehealth.com with the URL location of where they are advertising us and an address where we can send their gift. PPC marketers should send a URL of the exact location where we can view their ad.
